This beautiful machine embellished tuffet is a definite showpiece in any home, office, or studio. The side and top panels are perfect to highlight machine techniques such as decorative stitching, machine embroidery, serger, sashiko, embellisher work and sew much more! The top is pieced in the embroidery hoop and is embroidered with a beautiful kaleidoscope design.
Any embroidery design may be used, so be creative.
The tuffet sits about 10” to 12” tall depending on which legs you choose to use.
So, whether you are using it for a beautiful decoration or an actual footstool,
you can change the height by simply choosing a shorter or taller leg.
This is a sewing pattern with machine embroidery designs included for the side panels and the pieced in the hoop sunburst design on the top. It does not include the kaleidoscope design on top as that is built in to the Baby Lock Destiny or the hardware to complete the tuffet. You will also receive a printable paper piecing pattern to piece the top sunburst together as well as detailed instructions how to create the motif side panels in the Baby Lock Destiny or Brother Dream Machine.
Hoop size required for the pieced in the hoop sunburst are 7" x 12", 8" x 12" OR 9" x 14". There is a 1/4 sunburst design which you would stitch 4 of to put together and 1/2 sunburst design that you would stitch 2 of them to put together.
